However, if you are not satisfied with the services you have received, we will do our best to resolve any issues and make it right.
If you are unhappy with the cleaning services you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of service to report the issue.
We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include providing additional cleaning services at no extra charge or issuing a refund.
If a refund is granted, it will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account.

Requests must be submitted via customer service by email within 24 hours of initial purchase. All emails for refund request are sent to support@decklotinternational.com Any time after 24 hours no refunds will be given. After cancellation period has passed you are agreeing to a 3 month commitment of $59.99 a month.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By continuing to use our services after these changes, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
